We'll send you current listings filtered to your budget and preferred states. Every listing shows the cash price, down payment, monthly payment, and term. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Choose your property and terms
Pick the land that fits. We'll walk you through the payment options — down payment amount, monthly payment, and term length. If you have questions, we'll actually answer them.
Sign and own it
We handle the paperwork. You sign a simple purchase agreement and land contract. Once you've paid off the note, the deed transfers to you free and clear.
What "no bank required" actually means
With a traditional bank, you fill out an application, wait for approval, and most of the time they won't touch raw land at all. If they do approve you, expect 30–45 days to close and a pile of paperwork.
With owner financing, we are the lender. You make monthly payments directly to us. There's no credit approval process, no underwriting, and no third party deciding whether you qualify.
Once you pay off the note, the deed transfers to you. The land is yours, free and clear. That's it.
